Since getting my diagnosis of ADHD aged 16, I have been advocating for neurodiverse talent throughout my career. My focus is creating better conditions for building and developing neurodiverse teams, in the knowledge they drive stronger business performance. I created DEI teams within my former agencies, working with HR on inclusive People policies for ND employees. I’ve spoken at a wealth of ND events and contributed to ND guidelines for the industry bodies, including the IAB.
Across my award winning, 20 year career, I’ve acted as Chief Strategy Officer and global strategy lead across brands including Vodafone, KraftHeinz, LEGO & Dyson.
I recently founded ‘We Are Masterplan’ - a strategy consultancy designed to teach strategy process and importantly, strategic techniques, to everyone. The training has been purpose built for a breadth of neurodiverse and neurotypical participants, to help them all accelerate their performance and enhance their capabilities.
